THE WHITE HOUSE
Office of the Press Secretary
For Immediate Release June 11, 2015
NOMINATIONS SENT TO THE SENATE: . . . Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., of Nebraska, to be United States District Judge for the District of Nebraska, vice Joseph F. Bataillon, retired. # # #
This is wonderful news. See here for more.
I sincerely compliment President Obama, Senators Deb Fischer and Ben Sasse and former Senator Mike Johanns for setting aside partisan considerations in order put on the federal trial bench an exceptionally well qualified person who is also one of the best human beings I know. Sometimes politicians act like statesmen (and women). This is one of those happy occasions.
What great day for the District of Nebraska! It will be an even greater day after Bob is quickly confirmed and then takes his seat as a United States District Judge. Eagerly, I look forward to dumping my old “dog” cases on Judge Rossiter.

About time.
This news only means Obama is reading Kopf between leading our efforts to degrade and destroy ISIL and halting global warming.
Anon.,
Don’t you know it is a federal crime to reveal the identity of a NOC working for the CIA. A little water boarding should cure that.
All the best.
